Boulder City is located about 25 miles from Las Vegas and only a few miles from the Hoover Dam.
Boulder City is proud of its top-notch recreation areas, which offer both locals and tourists a variety of experiences.
These include Bootleg Canyon, one of the world's Epic Trails, Boulder City Golf Course, horseback riding, Boulder Creek Golf Club, the year-round pool and racquetball complex, tennis courts, and hiking trails.
And most of these campgrounds are RV sites with lush vegetation with different species of birds. Okay, let's see the different campgrounds in Boulder City.
1. Boulder Beach Campground (Lake Mead National Recreation Area)
Boulder Beach Campground is situated in the quiet town of Lake Mead's Boulder Basin, a short distance from Las Vegas.
Open all year round, it offers spacious paved campsites with fire pits, grills, and tables that can fit large RVs or tents. Campsites are equipped with water spigots and restrooms.
The Boulder Beach Campground offers a variety of recreational activities for you to enjoy while you're there. One to two miles away are Boulder Beach, Special Events Beach, Canoe/Kayak Beach, and PWC Beach.
You can kayak, jet ski, and swim at these spots. The River Mountains Loop Trail directly crosses the campground if you would rather explore the park on foot.
Over thirty kilometers of paved trail connect to the Historic Railroad Tunnell Trail close to the Alan Bible Visitor Center.
Up to eight people can stay at each campsite with a single camping unit, such as a camp trailer or motor home.
A site may be occupied by a maximum of two motorized vehicles, four motorbikes, or any combination of these if they are pulled by a camper or carried on it.
All of the sites have concrete or asphalt surfaces, and paved roads connect them. The campground is equipped with numerous water spigots and bathrooms (with hot tubs). There are flush toilets and sinks in the restrooms.
Showers are not available. There are websites that are accessible. Near the campground's entrance are an RV dump station and a water replenishment station.

2. Lake Mead RV Village
More than 115 sites with full hookups, cable TV, and electricity are available at Lake Mead RV Village. On-site convenience store, washing facilities, BBQ pavilion, and recreation area are all available.
There are two spacious meeting rooms for groups that provide a view of the lake and indoor seating. Boulder Beach is reachable on foot.
There are plenty of things to see and do in Lake Mead RV Village. Lake Mead RV Village is close to a number of activities, so you may choose to explore the area by going on tours, taking in the views of mix of palm trees from Hoover Dam, shopping, visiting old Boulder City, or trying your luck in Las Vegas.

3. Boulder Oaks RV Resort
Boulder Oaks is a great place to take weekly or monthly trips! Boulder Oaks is the management company for each privately owned RV property.
Please park your RV in the designated spot on the day of arrival and visit BC Real Estate at 1610 Nevada Hwy to check in.

4. Lovell Canyon Dispersed Camping
The Spring Mountains are largely uninhabited and inaccessible. With a little preparation according to the recommendations below, visitors can venture out and camp in these isolated locations.
Although Mack's Canyon, Champion Road, and Lovell Canyon are the most well-known locations in the Spring Mountains, they can grow congested in warm weather.
Near developed recreation places, such as campgrounds, picnic areas (with picnic table), or trailheads, scattered camping is strictly prohibited.
Many individuals locate a clearing, a location with a pleasant view, or some good shade by driving or hiking through the woods on Forest Service routes.
When driving to your camping spot, avoid crossing meadows. Use the current routes to avoid damaging the resources.

5. Atlatl Rock Campground (Valley of Fire State Park)
Valley of Fire State Park is well-known across the world for its 40,000 acres of vivid red Aztec sandstone outcrops tucked away amid gray and tan limestone.
It also has petroglyphs that date back more than 2,000 years and old, petrified trees. Exhibits about the park's geology, ecology, prehistory, and history are available at the visitor center.
Additionally, the park holds an annual Atlatl competition where competitors test their mettle using relics resembling historical spears.
The park is open all year round and features many of campsites with water, grills, and shaded tables in addition to lots of interesting hiking routes.
Valley of Fire Camping: A total of 72 units are spread among two campgrounds. Campsite nearby amenities include water, bathrooms, grills, and shaded tables.
There are showers and a trash station provided. It's first come, first served at all campsites. There is a 14-day camping limit within a 30-day period.
6. Lake Mead National Recreation Area
At the Lake Mead National Recreation Area (NRA), there is entertainment for all. Boaters, swimmers, sunbathers, wakeboarders, jet skiers, and fishermen are all satisfied by its enormous lakes.
Hikers, photographers, and tourists will find plenty of adventure in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area, which is where the Mojave, Great Basin, and Sonoran deserts converge.
There's a chance you'll see a unique species of plant or animal that is unique to this part of the globe.

7. Cottonwood Cove Resort & Marina 1524
Situated near Lake Mohave's northernmost point of the Lake Mead Recreation Area. In addition to parking areas, restaurants or snack bars, bike trails, dry storage, dump stations, boat ramp, auto and boat gasoline, food service, laundry, grocery stores, and slip rentals are available at Cottonwood Cove.
8. Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort
The "Casablanca" concept of Oasis Las Vegas, which is close to Las Vegas, Nevada, is tropical. There are 350 fully equipped campsites with concrete patios that can accommodate RVs up to 90 feet long!
The park has free WiFi, 28-channel cable, and is big-rig accessible. Pets are welcome, but there are certain limits, so check with the park before bringing one.
A recreation hall, a swimming pool, a spa, an 18-hole putting course, and the Oasis Cafe are among the luxurious resort's attractions.

9. Canyon Trail RV Park
Full-service Canyon Trail RV Park offers free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities. Drive south of Boulder City for 59 miles (85.5 km) to reach Cottonwood Cove.

10. Willow Beach RV Park & Campground
The fully-serviced RV park and tent campsite Willow Beach RV Park is only 45 minutes from the Las Vegas strip and 30 minutes from Boulder City.

12. Government Wash
In order to give visitors access to the shoreline and other off-the-beaten-path locations, a network of backcountry roads has been established inside the park. Yellow arrows are used to designate approved roadways.
The road number is shown by the black number in the center of the arrow. It is forbidden to drive on any roads or trails that are not designated with a yellow arrow.
Conditions on the hundreds of kilometers of rural roads can change suddenly. Please use caution when driving on wilderness roads.
It is forbidden by National Park Service laws to drive off highways, in washes, or cross country since these activities harm the delicate desert soil.
Please assist in maintaining the park by adhering to designated routes, honoring the rights of other guests, and picking up all waste and litter.
