What's the process for logging into my SportSaber account?
To sign into your SportSaber account, you may click on the Account icon in the top right corner of our website, then select "Sign In" or you may CLICK HERE.
What are the steps to set up a new account?
To set-up a new account, click on the account icon at the top right corner of our website, or you may CLICK HERE.
Then select "Register", under the "New Customer" section and fill out the form provided. Once you have comleted the form you may click "Create an Account" button.
Upon successful creation of your account, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used for the registration.
How can I check the status of my order?
You may click on the "Track Your Order" link at the top right hand corner of our website or CLICK HERE.
You may use your order number, email adress and tracking number from your confirmation email, and then click "Track".
How can I reset my password?
To reset your password, click on the Account icon in the top right corner of our website, then click "Forgot Password?" and provide the requested information. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
How can I subscribe to SportSaber's exciting email updates?
Visit our home page and scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you will find an email opt-in form. Once you have entered your email and subscribed. You'll receive a welcome email shortly. If you don't see anything in your inbox, kindly check your Spam folder and ensure to add info@sportsaber.com to your contact list.
How can I stop receiving emails from SportSaber?
If you wish to discontinue receiving our emails, simply select the "Unsubscribe" option at the bottom of any SportSaber marketing email.

SportSaber's handling of your personal data is outlined in our Privacy Policy. We prioritize the security of your personal information by complying with the most stringent internet security standards. Regular audits and reviews are conducted to maintain the highest level of security, something we take very seriously at SportSaber.
How can I review an item that I recently bought?
You may log in to your account to check your order history and then click on the product you want to review. We also send a review email once your order gets delivered you can click on the button in the email to leave a review.
Every product page on our website includes a review section at the bottom. To share your thoughts about a product, just click on "Write a Review".
Order Status
How soon can I expect my order to be shipped?
We typically pick, pack and ship most of the orders (except LTL orders) within 2-4 business days.
Please note, we don't ship on weekends and some holidays. If there's an anticipated delay in shipping your item, we will email you to give you an update.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, we recommend reaching out to us immediately through our Live Chat feature to maximize the chances of canceling it before shipment.
Please be aware that we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Is it possible to change my delivery address?
If you need to change your delivery address, we suggest you to contact us via Live Chat as soon as you can. This increases our chances of updating it before your order is dispatched.
Please remember that we're unable to alter your address once the order has been shipped.
How can I receive a tracking number for my order?
Once your order is on our shipping truck and ready to be dispatched, we'll send you an email that includes a tracking number.
Please allow between 1-3 business days for this number to register movement, since the carrier needs to input it into their system before it reflects an estimated delivery date. If your order is divided into several packages, each will have its own individual tracking number.
Is it possible to modify my order after I've placed it?
Regrettably, we cannot change the items in your order or include more once it's been placed. If you need to adjust an order, please promptly reach out to us. We'll make an effort to cancel your initial order so you can submit a new one with the right items.
What should I do if there are no updates on my tracking number?
There could be several factors causing your tracking number to not show any updates:
- The shipping carrier might be facing some delays, which are affecting the transit of your package.
- Your package may have been misplaced by the shipping carrier.
- The address provided in your order was not deliverable according to the shipping carrier.
These are just a few potential reasons, but they might not necessarily be the cause. If you don't see any updates on your tracking within 2-4 business days, please get in touch with us HERE for assistance with your order.
What should I do if my order was damaged during delivery?
If your order was damaged during delivery or in transit, please take some photos of the damage and get in touch with us ASAP.
If its a freight order, we recommend checking your order while signing for the delivery. You may refuse to accept the delivery if it is damaged.
What should I do if I find the same product at a lower price elsewhere?
If you find the exact same product (identical size, color, and year) in stock on a competitor's site within 14 days of buying it from us, just reach out to us HERE and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. For all the details about our exceptional Price Match Policy, please CLICK HERE.
What should I do if I forget to apply a promotional code to my order?
You may reach us HERE with your order number and the coupon code that you wanted to apply and we will use that code to refund you the same amount.
What if the item that I received isn't what I ordered?
If you find that the product you got is different than what you ordered, then please click some pictures and reach us HERE and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

What are the shipping options and costs at SportSaber?
SportSaber provides different shipping options at affordable rates. We have domestic shipping prices as follows (note that "days" refer to business days, excluding holidays):
- 4-7 Days - Costs $9.95, but free for orders over $75
- 3 Days - Costs $19.95, not applicable for oversized orders
- Freight or LTL - Costs $150, please check your order upon delivery.
Where does SportSaber deliver to?
SportSaber offers delivery to 48 continental states in the United States. We do not ship to international addresses right now.
Where does SportSaber ship from?
We have and ship from multiple warehouses, and we select the one closest to the customer's delivery address or where we have the stock of the product.
Is it possible to purchase freight and non-freight items in one order?
Definitely! If your order includes non-freight items, they will be shipped separately through UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground, which typically takes 3-5 days for delivery. Freight items are sent via LTL delivery partners and may take between 4-10 days to deliver.
Which holidays does SportSaber refrain from shipping?
We do not ship orders on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Is the shipping day of my order considered a business day?
No, the day your order is shipped isn't included in the shipping time. The shipping duration officially begins on the next business day after your order is dispatched.
When does the billing for an order take place?
We charge for your order when it's ready to be shipped. Any charges you notice before shipping are pre-authorization holds, which essentially reserve the funds in your account until SportSaber finalizes the transaction and officially charges you for your order. These holds will automatically disappear from your account in a few business days.
What does it mean if a product I ordered is unavailable?
Occasionally, products are sold so quickly that an order is placed before we can update our website's inventory. We strive to keep our inventory updated to prevent this situation, but sometimes it does occur and we apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we immediately attempt to source a replacement from the manufacturer. However, if we inform you that it's not available, this means the manufacturer doesn't have the item either. Consequently, the item has been cancelled and if you were billed, a full refund will be initiated. This refund should reflect in your account within 4-5 business days.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. To ensure timely delivery, we might dispatch parts of your order from various locations like our warehouse, or directly from the vendor's warehouse. Each dispatched package will have its distinct tracking number, which we'll send you via email once it's shipped. Even if your order is split into multiple packages, you'll only be billed a single shipping fee for the entire order, not per package. As these packages are shipped separately, they may reach you at different times or on different days. Unfortunately, we cannot consolidate shipments from various locations into a single package for domestic deliveries.
Why wasn't there a packing slip in my shipment?
To conserve paper and expedite the delivery process, most single item orders are shipped without a packing slip. However, rest assured that all your order and shipping details will be promptly sent to your email for confirmation.
What's the best way to inspect my item?
It's essential to thoroughly inspect items shipped via freight before signing for them, as signing implies acceptance of the item in its current condition. Here are some guidelines to help you:
Kayaks
- To adequately inspect your kayak, remove all plastic and bubble wrapping and check for any defects.
Boxed Items
- For boxed items like cargo boxes, examine the box for any crushed or torn areas. If there are any signs of damage to the box, open it and make sure the contents inside are not defective.
Is it possible to return a freight-shipped item?
The moment you sign for a freight item, you're taking on responsibility for any existing defects. If you decide to return it after signing, it needs to be in a condition that's suitable for reselling. This means it shouldn't have any stains, scratches, holes, or strange odors.
To arrange a return, please reach us HERE so we can schedule a pickup with the freight shipping company. On the day of pickup, the item will be checked for any damage before it's returned to us. Keep in mind that you will need to cover all costs and fees related to returning the item.
How are car tents delivered?
Car tents are delivered via freight shipping at a charge of $150. When your order is in your local area, the freight shipper will reach out to you, using the phone number provided in your order, to arrange the delivery.
What's the delivery timeframe for freight shipping?
Once the carrier has picked up your order from our warehouse, it will arrive within 4 to 10 business days.
Who are the shipping providers for SportSaber?
SportSaber uses multiple shipping providers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Estes.
What regions are eligible for freight order deliveries?
Freight orders are only shipped within the contiguous United States. Right now we do not ship internatinally.

How do I make a return?
To make a return simply reach us HERE and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund upon receipt. Once we receive a return it will be inspected to make sure it is in a good condition. You will get an email upon the approval of the return and we will process the refund back to your original method of payment.
Do I need a packing slip to return an item when I did not get a packing slip with my order?
Most of our single item orders are shipped without the packing slips. You do not need it either to ship the order back to us. We will have all the details included in the return shipping label that we generate. However, if you are creating your own shipping label you must include the order number in the field of reference.
Are there any instances when SportSaber cannot process an exchange request?
We cannot process an exchange request if you have placed an order using PayPal. In this case, please place a new order and initiate an return request for your old order. Please keep in mind that we will have to charge you for the new order until we have received your return in a sellable condition. Upon receipt, we will refund you the payment to your original method of payment.
Where can I generate a return label?
To generate a shipping label you may reach us HERE and we will send you the prepaid shipping label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You may also create your own shipping label. Please keep in mind that you must include the order number in the reference field.
Does SportSaber offer free return shipping?
We do not offer free shipping, however if we made a mistake and got wrong item we would be happy to send you a prepaid label. Please keep in mind that if its not our mistake then we will deduct the amount from your refund.
You are welcome to create your own shipping label to send a return.
Is it possible to return an item without the original receipt?
Absolutely. Even without the initial receipt, you can still return your purchase. If you're shipping it back yourself, simply print your order confirmation email received post-purchase, or print the order details directly from our website.
Is it possible to return items from different orders in one package?
Absolutely. You're welcome to consolidate items from various orders into a single return package. Just generate a return label for one order and include a note listing the other order numbers inside your package. If you still have the original packing slip, that's even better!
Is there a restocking fee at SportSaber?
Yes, if you're returning an item due to a change of mind, we'll refund the item's cost minus a 20% handling/restocking fee. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method.
What's the processing time for my return at SportSaber?
After our returns team receives your order, they'll process it within 3 business days. Following this, your credit card might need an additional 1-5 business days to apply the transaction to your account. So, from shipping the product to seeing the refund in your account, it could take between 6-13 business days in total. Keep in mind, these timescales may extend during our busiest holiday periods due to higher package volumes.
What is the duration for SportSaber to complete my exchange?
Once you've handed your item over to the shipping carrier, it'll take about 3-5 days to reach our main warehouse. After that, we need another 2-4 business days to process the exchange. The replacement item will then be dispatched using the same shipping method as your initial order. Please note that the shipping time maybe even longer if its a freight item.
Are there any items I cannot return?
Yes, certain items, including perishable goods, face masks, buffs, balaclavas, climbing gear, underwear, bathing suits, custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for a return.
What's the process for returning shoes or boots?
When you're returning shoes or boots, it's important to send back the shoe box as well. However, please avoid using the shoe box as the shipping box. The ideal box to use is the one we initially used to send your order because we prefer to recycle. If the shoe box is used for shipping, we won't be able to accept your return or give a refund due to our "sellable condition" policy. We apologize if this seems a bit strict.
How do I return something I purchased with a gift card?
You may follow the normal return process. However, we may issue a new gift card for the refund amount.
I received an order as a gift, how can I return or exchange it?
You may follow the normal return process to return or exchange the item. However, the payment will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Do I need to return my item with the original packaging?
Yes, please make sure your returned item is completely intact and includes all components, manuals, registration cards, and accessories within the original packaging. We are unable to accept items that are not in their original packaging. If we receive an item claimed to be new but it's clearly been used or damaged, we may decline a refund.
Can I get free exchanges on all footwear?

What should I do if my item is broken?
If your item has been damaged due to a manufacturing defect, you have several choices:
You can return the product to us for a refund. Once we receive it at our warehouse, we'll process your refund.
You can exchange the broken item for the same product, provided your order qualifies and the item is still available.
You can return the item to us, and we'll send it to the manufacturer for repair. Note that this usually takes between 4 to 8 weeks.
Since every warranty issue varies, the best solution is usually determined on an individual basis. Therefore, please reach out to us through Live Chat before sending back any damaged items. Also, remember to include a note in your returned package detailing the problem with the product and what action you'd like us to take.
Is it Sportsaber's responsibility to handle my warranty request or should I get in touch with the manufacturer?
If you've got an item that you need to return due to a warranty issue, just send it back to us and we'll handle everything for you.
What is the usual duration for the warranty process?
Typically, warranty repairs take between 4 to 8 weeks, although this might extend during the holiday season. If you've returned an item for an exchange, it usually takes no more than 2 weeks from when you send it back, unless your replacement needs to be specially ordered.

Why am I getting a "the code entered isn't valid" message?
This typically happens when the promotional code you've entered is either expired or not applicable to the items in your cart. Please ensure that the code is spelled correctly and meets all the terms and conditions for use.
Can I use multiple discount codes per order?
We know our promotions are very attractive, but only one promo code can be used for each order. It's not possible to combine different discount codes, gifts with purchases or other special offers in a single order.
