Napier Tents offer a one-year warranty for the original purchaser, covering manufacturing faults and craftsmanship from the purchase date. Certain discontinued tents are covered only if replacement parts are available and at Napier's discretion.
Air Mattresses
Sportz Air Mattresses provide a 30-day warranty for the original buyer, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship from the date of purchase.
The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, unauthorized alterations, misuse, or neglect. Napier Outdoors will decide whether to repair or replace the warrantied products.
If a warranty claim is approved within 90 days of purchase, Napier covers the shipping costs for replacement parts within Canada or the US. Beyond 90 days or for international customers, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
After receiving all necessary information (model, issue description, and photos), we'll assess if the product can be fixed. If possible, we'll replace the defective part or send a repair kit. Parts may be new, refurbished, or reworked. If the product can't be repaired, a new one will be shipped to the customer.
Our return policy is designed with your convenience in mind!
You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. However, please be aware that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
For exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
