However, if the product is exposed to harsh chemicals such as salt, chlorine, or conditioners that result in corrosion, discoloration, or breakdown in material integrity, or if it's damaged due to dog chewing, prolonged water or pool exposure, road rash, etc., it will be considered abuse and void the lifetime warranty.

Our return policy is designed with your convenience in mind!
You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. However, please be aware that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
For exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
