This warranty's applicability depends on the product's age and usage. ALPS Brands reserves the right to replace the item, and if the exact product is unavailable, a similar one or credit towards another ALPS Brand's product may be offered. Please note, ALPS Trekking Poles and PVC Air Bed come with a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase from an authorized ALPS Brands dealer. Items bought used, as is, or from unauthorized retailers are not covered. The warranty does not cover any losses or damages resulting from product defects.

The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, misuse, or neglect. Damage from storms, wind, burns, UV, or commercial use is also not covered. Over time, gear can wear out - colors may fade, holes or tears may develop, poles may bend or break, and zippers may malfunction. In some cases, we can provide replacement parts to extend the life of your gear.

Returns & Refunds

You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. However, please be aware that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

For exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Awesome!

This chair is the epitome of comfort! The fact that it folds up for easy transport is a huge bonus. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if the need arises! Initially, I struggled a bit with locking it in place, but I'm confident it'll become easier with a bit of practice. My go-to method now is to flip the chair upside down and give it a hefty push - locks it right into place. Great quality and value for money!

Much more sturdy than the cheap folding chairs

I purchased one of these chairs a few years back and it was such a hit with my wife that I immediately got a second one for her. After using them quite a bit, I can confidently say they've held up well - still sturdy and fairly comfortable for folding chairs. They're definitely a cut above the cheaper folding chairs you see around.

Just a small note though: During the colder months, we've found that the chairs can be a bit tricky to fold and pack away into the storage bag. But that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

Good quality chair, but the case was cheap

The carry case that was included with the chair isn't the best quality, unfortunately. However, on the bright side, I've managed to make do with it despite this.

My father-in-law needed a tall folding chair after his hip surgery, so I gave him an extra one from Cabelas that I had for about 10 years but was still in excellent condition. A few months later, I stumbled upon this chair and decided to order it. It was rated for 325lbs, and as someone who is 6-1 and weighs 230lbs, I found it to be not as sturdy as the Cabelas one, a bit on the flimsy side, to be honest.

If I weighed more than 275lbs, I'd probably have second thoughts about trusting it. However, if you're tall and on the slimmer side, this chair could be a good fit for you.
