This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase from an authorized ALPS Brands dealer. Items bought used, as is, or from unauthorized retailers are not covered. The warranty does not cover any losses or damages resulting from product defects.

The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, misuse, or neglect. Damage from storms, wind, burns, UV, or commercial use is also not covered. Over time, gear can wear out - colors may fade, holes or tears may develop, poles may bend or break, and zippers may malfunction. In some cases, we can provide replacement parts to extend the life of your gear.

You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. However, please be aware that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

For exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Great Nights Sleep

I bought this Browning Titan Cot XL back in March 2020, and it's been a game-changer for my backyard camping adventures with my son, especially since our Scout campouts were cancelled due to the pandemic. Before this, I used a cheap cot from a big-box store, which was not just narrow and hard, but also squeaked a lot, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep as I tend to toss and turn.However, the nights I've spent on this Browning cot have been some of the most comfortable camping sleep experiences I've ever had (even if it was just in my backyard). The cot is silent under my weight (around 220 lbs.), and there are no issues with the frame poking me during sleep.The only downside is that it's a bit tricky to set up, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it with more use. Also, I did notice that the cot seems to be slightly elevated in the middle, but it doesn't affect my sleep quality at all.I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars, deducting one solely because of the setup difficulty. But once it's up, it provides an excellent sleep.

Most comfortable cot

This cot is a real winner in my book! As someone who's not exactly petite, I found this cot more than spacious. I took it on a camping trip to the Dakotas and it was fantastic! However, a word of caution - the XL size didn't fit into my 4-person tent. I tried it with an Alps Taurus 4 outfitter and it was a no-go as it touched the walls on both ends. But when I set it up in my 6-person (10x10) tent, it worked perfectly.Yes, the cot does take up quite a bit of space when I'm camping solo, but I don't mind at all. The comfort I get, especially with my 0-degree bag, is unparalleled. It's worth every penny and I couldn't recommend it more!

Sturdy and then some!

This cot is built to last. With the addition of a self inflating pad on top, these are like sleeping in a twin bed. I used mine for nearly a week of camping last deer season. At nearly 300 lbs, it took my getting up and down, rolling over in my sleep, etc. with no feeling that it was shifting or giving at the joints. I can't say that for other brands I have tried. Place your order with confidence and prepare for a good night's sleep!
