ALPS Brands reserves the right to replace the item, and if the exact product is unavailable, a similar one or credit towards another ALPS Brand's product may be offered. Please note, ALPS Trekking Poles and PVC Air Bed come with a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase from an authorized ALPS Brands dealer. Items bought used, as is, or from unauthorized retailers are not covered. The warranty does not cover any losses or damages resulting from product defects.

The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, misuse, or neglect. Damage from storms, wind, burns, UV, or commercial use is also not covered. Over time, gear can wear out - colors may fade, holes or tears may develop, poles may bend or break, and zippers may malfunction. In some cases, we can provide replacement parts to extend the life of your gear.

You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. However, please be aware that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

For exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Great Value!

This is an absolute winner! It's roomy enough for two people and the zippers are a great touch. I haven't had the chance to test it in extreme cold yet, but I have a strong feeling it will perform excellently. Can't wait! :)

High Quality, Super Comfortable, and WARM!

These sleeping bags are nothing short of amazing! I may not have a fireplace, but who needs one now? I've stationed my sleeping bag on my couch and I just hop in while catching up on my favorite TV shows and movies. It's like having my own personal cocoon of warmth. Absolutely toasty and cozy!

I'm thrilled with this sleeping bag. It gets super toasty and offers plenty of legroom and space to move around. I love the fact that each individual can unzip their side for a bit of fresh air. The neutral color is also a plus. It comes with a storage bag that can accommodate both sleeping bags, and they can be zipped together to form one large bag. The zippers are robust and heavy-duty. The only minor downside is that the bags can be a tad noisy when you move around at night. However, the overall quality of the product is excellent. I strongly recommend it for anyone camping in the cold. I'll certainly be purchasing again!

Great couples sleeping bag!!

Absolutely smitten with this sleeping bag! My husband and I can zip together in it, which means we no longer need to purchase identical bags to sleep side by side. The bag is not only warm but also incredibly comfortable! We had such a good night's sleep in it. Plus, it's so roomy! The stuff sack that it comes with is fantastic as well. This is definitely our new go-to bag for those camping trips when we want to snuggle up together!

I've owned quite a number of sleeping bags, and they generally serve their purpose well if used correctly. This one is no different, but it has an added perk - it's the most visually appealing one I've ever had. The color just speaks to me. While that might not be a significant factor for some, it certainly was for me. Most sleeping bags available out there come in less than attractive colors. If they all essentially serve the same function, why not have one that also looks great? Trust me, you won't regret getting this one. The quality is top-notch too.
