ALPS Brands takes great pride in the quality of our products and offer limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty's applicability depends on the product's age and usage. ALPS Brands reserves the right to replace the item, and if the exact product is unavailable, a similar one or credit towards another ALPS Brand's product may be offered. Please note, ALPS Trekking Poles and PVC Air Bed come with a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase from an authorized ALPS Brands dealer. Items bought used, as is, or from unauthorized retailers are not covered. The warranty does not cover any losses or damages resulting from product defects.

The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, misuse, or neglect. Damage from storms, wind, burns, UV, or commercial use is also not covered. Over time, gear can wear out - colors may fade, holes or tears may develop, poles may bend or break, and zippers may malfunction. In some cases, we can provide replacement parts to extend the life of your gear.

You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. However, please be aware that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

For exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Good quality, hard to put up by yourself

The tent is well-made and served our camp as an excellent potty tent. It's spacious and tall enough to comfortably use as a shower, too. The only drawback is the setup - due to its height, it really requires two people to erect it, and it helps if at least one person is tall. But once it's up, it's absolutely fantastic!

Excellent product

I've had this up for two full seasons, amounting to a continuous six months. Impressively, it never sprung a leak and even stood strong through some intense wind storms. I would highly recommend this for anyone in need of a privacy shelter. It served me well as storage for tools and as a changing area on a construction site.

Very large

When put head-to-head with other privacy shelters, this one definitely stands out for its spaciousness. Plus, the shelf has proven to be quite handy. Highly recommended!

Not too Shabby of a Shelter

It's definitely advisable to have two people for the setup process. I also wish the floor had either a full velcro or a complete plastic zipper, along with a finer mesh screen around the base to deter larger creatures. There's nothing more unpleasant than sharing your toilet space with a snake or a wolf spider - it's a real nightmare!

Good buy

This product is well-crafted, and I particularly appreciate the shelf. It could benefit from a detachable hook or similar feature for securing a shower head, and the option to completely remove the floor would be ideal. Although currently, it can be rolled up and tucked behind the tent. Overall, it's a solid purchase that gets the job done!
