This warranty's applicability depends on the product's age and usage. ALPS Brands reserves the right to replace the item, and if the exact product is unavailable, a similar one or credit towards another ALPS Brand's product may be offered. Please note, ALPS Trekking Poles and PVC Air Bed come with a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase from an authorized ALPS Brands dealer. Items bought used, as is, or from unauthorized retailers are not covered. The warranty does not cover any losses or damages resulting from product defects.

The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, misuse, or neglect. Damage from storms, wind, burns, UV, or commercial use is also not covered. Over time, gear can wear out - colors may fade, holes or tears may develop, poles may bend or break, and zippers may malfunction. In some cases, we can provide replacement parts to extend the life of your gear.

You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. However, please be aware that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

For exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Great tent for Alaska!!!!!!

I've used this for fishing trips and even my September moose hunting excursions. Here's a little tip: set up guide strings and pins first, so you can easily put the poles and rain fly on, even in heavy rain. Then proceed to set up the tent. I noticed that unlike the old model, the new one doesn't come with a pole connector clip - just something to note. Regardless, it remains a fantastic tent for two people.

Easy set up, good quality

Just got my hands on this tent today and decided to give it a trial run in my backyard. Setting it up was a breeze - took me about 5 minutes to do it solo. Didn't get around to the rain fly, but I'm guessing that would take an extra 5 minutes or so. Granted, I've set up a fair share of tents in my time, but I believe even a novice wouldn't have trouble with this one.The tent seems robust and well-crafted, with what look like sealed seams. The floor space is a genuine 8'x9'. At 5'10", I was able to stand up straight in the center of the tent with around 2" to spare. The walls remain almost vertically straight for about 4 feet from the ground, which is quite impressive.Given its weight (around 20 lbs when packed into its duffle bag), this is definitely a tent best suited for car camping. So far, I'm really liking it! I'll probably update this review once I've actually taken it out camping.

Awesome tent but not in a wind storm

Absolutely adore this tent! It's a breeze to set up - even a single person can do it in under 5 minutes. Taking it down is just as effortless. Perfectly accommodates two cots, and while it's snug for four sleeping bags on mattresses, it works. It keeps you warm in cold weather and cool when it's hot. I've had it for three years now, using it for up to a month each year on various weekend or week-long trips.
It once shielded me from a wind storm, but unfortunately, it couldn't hold up against a night of non-stop heavy winds. The roof seams tore, the poles bent - one even snapped in half, making it impossible to disassemble and pack away. Despite maintaining it well, this was one storm it just couldn't bear.
If I'd had a car, I would've packed it up and slept there instead, but with nowhere else to go, the tent bore the full force of the storm and didn't survive. Now, I'm mourning the loss of what's been my best tent ever. Just a word of caution - avoid high wind conditions! (Found this review helpful? Click yes!)

Browing Camping Tent (Browning Glacier 4 tent)

This tent has been a great purchase, though I did encounter an initial hiccup with the tent pole segments and configuration. The instructions included in the tent bag didn't match what I had received, which left me a bit puzzled. Thankfully, there was a contact card for Alps Brands in case of any issues with the product.I reached out to them via email, including pictures for clarity, and their response was immediate. They sent me another set of tent poles, but surprisingly, they were identical to the first set. It turned out that the tent pole instructions in the bag hadn't been updated. Once this was sorted out, setting up the tent went smoothly.I must commend Alps Mountaineering for their stellar customer service - Brittany and Rodney were particularly helpful in resolving this issue. The tent itself is quite spacious and comfortably fits two cots, and I love that you can set them up next to the wall without losing any space. I'm really looking forward to my camping trips this year!
