This warranty's applicability depends on the product's age and usage. ALPS Brands reserves the right to replace the item, and if the exact product is unavailable, a similar one or credit towards another ALPS Brand's product may be offered. Please note, ALPS Trekking Poles and PVC Air Bed come with a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase from an authorized ALPS Brands dealer. Items bought used, as is, or from unauthorized retailers are not covered. The warranty does not cover any losses or damages resulting from product defects.

The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, misuse, or neglect. Damage from storms, wind, burns, UV, or commercial use is also not covered. Over time, gear can wear out - colors may fade, holes or tears may develop, poles may bend or break, and zippers may malfunction. In some cases, we can provide replacement parts to extend the life of your gear.

You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. However, please be aware that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

For exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Durable and fits my body size

As a fan of Browning, I was naturally drawn to this chair, and I'm glad to say it didn't disappoint. It suits my physique and weight perfectly. If I could make one small change, it would be to increase the size of the carry bag just a bit. That would make it easier to pack the chair away after use. But overall, I'm quite satisfied with this purchase.

Very nice chair

I'm absolutely smitten with this chair. It's sturdy enough to support my ample derrire, haha! The design is visually appealing and it folds up without any hassle. The drink holder could be a bit more robust, but I don't really use it much, so it's not a big deal.

I can see this chair standing the test of time through many years of camping and fishing trips. The armrests are remarkably comfortable. Everyone seems to want a turn sitting in it, but I'm pretty territorial over it - it's just too comfortable to share!

Great chair!!!

This is hands down the best folding chair I've ever purchased! I highly recommend it. Usually, folding chairs come with a bar that presses against the back of your legs, causing them to fall asleep - but not this one! This chair doesn't have that annoying bar. It's a game changer!

These chairs are extremely comfortable and sturdy. The height is just right which makes getting in and out of them a breeze. What's more, the solid armrests provide excellent support when you need to push yourself up. Unlike those straight-backed director type chairs, these have a slightly reclined back that's much easier on your back.The folding process is straightforward. Although the chair is a bit hefty, carrying it for a few blocks is not an issue - I wouldn't recommend lugging it around for miles though. One feature that's been invaluable on hot days is the mesh backing. All in all, I'm really pleased with this purchase.

These chairs have many commendable features. They're sturdy, with durable arms and a hard surface that's a breeze to clean. The folding mechanism is smooth, similar to the all-fabric chairs we've had in the past. Plus, they're not just comfortable, but also easy to get in and out of.Over the years of RV camping, we've had our share of disappointments with such chairs. The sun often fades and damages the fabric, necessitating frequent replacements. However, we've used these chairs throughout spring in the desert under plenty of sunshine, and they've held up remarkably well.
