This warranty's applicability depends on the product's age and usage. ALPS Brands reserves the right to replace the item, and if the exact product is unavailable, a similar one or credit towards another ALPS Brand's product may be offered. Please note, ALPS Trekking Poles and PVC Air Bed come with a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase from an authorized ALPS Brands dealer. Items bought used, as is, or from unauthorized retailers are not covered. The warranty does not cover any losses or damages resulting from product defects.

The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, misuse, or neglect. Damage from storms, wind, burns, UV, or commercial use is also not covered. Over time, gear can wear out - colors may fade, holes or tears may develop, poles may bend or break, and zippers may malfunction. In some cases, we can provide replacement parts to extend the life of your gear.

You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. However, please be aware that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

For exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Decent daypack suitable for intermittent use.

This backpack is a great pick for casual strolls and infrequent use. It's solid and reliable for those quick jaunts in nature. But, if you're planning on wearing it all day or embarking on serious hikes, you might want to consider something with extra padding and cushioning. It's definitely up to the task for light recreational activities, but for those heavy-duty, pack-to-the-max hiking days, you might want to explore other options.

Excellent daypack suitable for travel.

This daypack is truly a gem for travel enthusiasts. It offers plenty of storage options with its numerous interior and exterior pockets. After using it a few times, I did notice a couple of features that could have made it even better. The side pockets come with elastic bands - great for water bottles, but a zippered pocket would be handy for securely storing essentials like a phone, keys, or wallet. Also, the addition of one or two small pockets on the shoulder straps would be useful. Despite these minor misses, I'm still quite pleased with this backpack, especially considering the special price I got it for. Overall, it's a solid purchase.

Superb Day Pack Boasting Numerous Pockets

This day pack is the ultimate comfort-meets-convenience combo. It's teeming with pockets, both inside and out, and comes with two water bottle holders - one for me and one for my pup. I recently took it on a challenging 10-mile hike with over 1200 feet of elevation. It effortlessly held a full picnic for two, Rosé included, and left me free from the usual post-hike backache. A winner in my book!

Amazing Pack

This backpack truly shined during my day at Summit Bechtel Reserve. It swallowed up everything I needed, from rain gear to lunches, without bloating like a balloon. The hydration feature was a gem, but it also had space for bottles during meal times. The front pocket was a quick-draw holster for my phone and other small stuff. Fingers crossed they don't discontinue this gem!
