This warranty's applicability depends on the product's age and usage. ALPS Brands reserves the right to replace the item, and if the exact product is unavailable, a similar one or credit towards another ALPS Brand's product may be offered. Please note, ALPS Trekking Poles and PVC Air Bed come with a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase from an authorized ALPS Brands dealer. Items bought used, as is, or from unauthorized retailers are not covered. The warranty does not cover any losses or damages resulting from product defects.

The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, misuse, or neglect. Damage from storms, wind, burns, UV, or commercial use is also not covered. Over time, gear can wear out - colors may fade, holes or tears may develop, poles may bend or break, and zippers may malfunction. In some cases, we can provide replacement parts to extend the life of your gear.

Returns & Refunds

You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. However, please be aware that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

For exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Excellent Pad, Don't Forget a Pump

This sleeping pad is excellent. As a person who's 6' and around 230-240 lbs, I find it comfortably thick and it maintains its firmness throughout the night. The contoured sides are a great design feature, keeping me on the pad while also allowing for side-sleeping. However, inflating it using the provided stuff sack is a tedious task - you'd be better off with a pump or simply using your breath. This minor drawback is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Despite this, I'm quite pleased with the pad and wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again.

Fantastic Mat

This air mat is fantastic. It's compact, lightweight, and a game changer when it comes to sleeping on cold ground. The only minor hiccup is the inflating process using the storage bag - it's an innovative concept but can be time-consuming, especially in chillier weather. But overall, it's a brilliant product!

Lightweight Mat

After using this pad eight times, I can vouch for its excellent thickness, durability, and lightweight nature. It's compact, fitting into half the stuff sack, which is handy for extra storage or saving pack space. The storage bag inflation method is novel, though slightly cumbersome. However, it could be beneficial in freezing conditions to avoid moisture inside the pad. Side sleepers might find the raised outer walls a bit uncomfortable over time. Also, note that it's an extra-long 80", which may not suit all scenarios. Despite these minor issues, I'd definitely buy it again.
