It's designed with a suspended mesh back panel and 3D mesh for a comfortable and breathable suspension system, and the main storage compartment has an unique asymmetrical full-access zipper path. Make use of the large main compartment, hip belt pockets, zippered lid pocket, and stretch pockets for extra gear storage and lashing points. This warranty's applicability depends on the product's age and usage. ALPS Brands reserves the right to replace the item, and if the exact product is unavailable, a similar one or credit towards another ALPS Brand's product may be offered. Please note, ALPS Trekking Poles and PVC Air Bed come with a 1-year limited warranty.
This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase from an authorized ALPS Brands dealer. Items bought used, as is, or from unauthorized retailers are not covered. The warranty does not cover any losses or damages resulting from product defects.
The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, modifications, misuse, or neglect. Damage from storms, wind, burns, UV, or commercial use is also not covered. Over time, gear can wear out - colors may fade, holes or tears may develop, poles may bend or break, and zippers may malfunction. In some cases, we can provide replacement parts to extend the life of your gear.

You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. However, please be aware that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, sale items, memberships, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
For exchanges, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
